Beryllium Copper Capabilities

  A.T. Wall provides cold drawn, close tolerance tubing in Copper Beryllium Alloy 25 (UNS C17200).  Sizes range from .030” OD to .750” OD, in wall thicknesses from .006” to .050”, and lengths up to 23’ (depending on OD/wall thickness).  Temper ranges are available from annealed A (TB00), to hard H (TD04).  Typical mechanical properties are shown below:
