Deep Drawn Stamped Parts

The Metal Components Division specializes in the manufacturing of deep drawn metal products for high precision Industries such as Electronic, Medical, Automotive, Battery and a vast array of other specialty products. Our deep drawn and other sophisticated stamped products are produced from traditional stamping and eyelet presses. Specialized tooling for these presses has been developed to meet both standard and custom requirements. In addition to our specialty items we manufacture and inventory a wide variety of drawn covers for the Frequency Control Industry. These products include covers for Crystals, Oscillators and TO products.

MATERIALS
Carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel silver, kovar* (29/17, ASTM F-15) and other nickel iron alloys, tantalum, nickel alloys, copper, brass, aluminum, clad materials, gold-filled, sterling silver.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Strip size up to 0.062 inches thick and up to 6 inches wide. Press tonnage up to 100 tons. Transfer presses up to 12 stations. Draw depths up to 1.5 inches.
