Regarding ROHS Compliance:

To specifically address the issue, we formally agree with the EU Maximum Concentration Value (MCV) Decision of 9/23/04, and define "Free” as the noted substance content being less than or equal to a weight percent of:

• Lead – Less than 0.1% (1000 ppm) by mass
• Mercury – Less than .1% (1000 ppm) by mass
• Hexavalent Chromium (Cr VI) – Less than 0.1% (1000 ppm) by mass
• Cadmium – Less than .01% (100 ppm) by mass
• None of our products contain Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBBs) nor Polybrominated Diphenyls Ethers (PBDEs).

- Military and Aerospace applications are not referred to in the RoHS directive.

To that end, the material that A.T. WALL currently ships is compliant with the regulations of RoHS and WEEE.
